Permitting. Obtaining environmental permits is often a complex and frustrating task. These agencies include SC DHEC, NC DENR, GA EPD, as well as other state regulatory agencies. We facilitate the acquisition of various types of permits frequently needed by industries we serve, including construction and operating permits for air emissions, wastewater treatment as well as solid and hazardous waste management.
Compliance. We offer a wide array of environmental regulatory compliance services, including hazardous waste management and reporting, EPCRA Tier II and Form R reporting, air emissions reporting, preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) and Facility Response Planning.
